It's Monty's Cajun Alfredo with the fried chicken for me. That Pasta FED! MY! SOUL! My came here twice in 48 hours for that Monty's Cajun Pasta. And then I personally stopped by one more time for Monty's Cajun Alfredo pasta right at opening the morning I was supposed to head out of town. I wasn't leaving town till I had it one more time! Prices are great. Service is wonderful, You already know bout the food! Brittany & Meek were the best! If you see Meek or Brittany, tell her Johnny sent ya! They'll take care of ya! Next time we're in Louisiana I'm coming back to Monty's! I'll be back in town soon for more of that Monty's Cajun Pasta

We had the best experience this morning at Monty’s with our server Tuti! She was so sweet, attentive and helpful! We stopped by for a quick drink (Bloody Mary was amazing)! My kids had breakfast which they loved. We also ordered cup of gumbo that was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Beignet fries are fire! They must try for any traveler. Where most beignets will be a little dolly inside, these crispy all around fries deliver the maximum in crunch and flavor. Fried chicken Benedict with gravy is above average. Portions of large so be ready to get a to go. Remember people laying on the street need food too so keep it pretty, and pass it on if you don’t need it. Fried green tomato Benedict was excellent . Tangy with the sweetness and lemon of the hollandaise made it pop . Recommendation is to get there early as this place fills up fast, especially on the weekends

We had a great experience at Monty’s on the Square during our trip to New Orleans! The food was delicious, and the service was just as memorable. Our waitress, Tuti, was amazing — super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Definitely a spot we’d recommend for both the food and the hospitality.

We came in to have brunch, it was very busy but there was room to sit at the bar. Service was fast but did take a while to get the food. The sweet cream pancakes are delicious. I also got an iced coffee and it was good as well.

Popped in twice during our trip to the French Quarter. This is the place to go if you want a Hurricane that'll put you on your butt! My wife loved the wild berry margarita. The bartender is incredibly sweet and really makes a great drink. We did not dine here, so I can't speak to the food, but the dining room is packed, if that says anything.

We were craving brunch on a Sunday and stumbled across Monty’s on the Square, right in the heart of Jackson Square. The menu looked fantastic, so we decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad we did! The place was exactly what I wanted for a brunch spot: great vibes, delicious food, and mimosas flowing. We started with the King Cake beignets, and they were incredible — the best I’ve ever had. They’re filled with a warm, cinnamon-spiced filling that was just heavenly. I ordered the crab cake Benedict, and it did not disappoint. The egg was perfectly cooked with a beautiful runny yolk, and the hollandaise sauce was rich and buttery. The crab cake itself was flavorful, though just slightly overcooked and a bit dry. The overall vibe was fun and lively, and our server, Quaneka, was fantastic — super attentive and on top of everything without us ever needing to ask. Highly recommend if you’re in the area looking for a great brunch experience!

What a great way to start the day! My wife and I decided to have breakfast at Monty's on the Square this morning. We were not disappointed! First, the staff is very cherry and helpful. Vedas was our server today and she was fantastic! My wife ordered the Pain Perdu (Lost Bread). She loves French Toast and her meal did not disappoint. The presentation was beautiful. The flavors were awesome! The flavors stood on their own, you don't even need to add syrup. I got the Jambalaya Omelette. Again, the presentation was fantastic, down to the heart shape made from jambalaya on top of the omelette. The eggs were perfectly cooked - probably the best cooked omelette I've ever had. The jambalaya was very flavorful. I had the potatoes with my omelette, and they were very good. Note, when we were there it was cash-only. I didn't know if it's always cash-only it not. There are two ATM machines inside. Don't let this keep you away. We would definitely go back.
